The Town of Cummington is located at the west end of Hampshire County in the Berkshire Mountains. A small, rural residential and farming community which takes pride in it's local history. The community maintains the William Cullen Bryant Homestead, and Kingman Tavern. The Tavern is a historical museum rich in "rural town history". The fall foliage is spectacular and the residents claim it to be the best in the Berkshires.

  • Cummington Fair  - The Cummington Fair was initiated in 1883 as the Hillside Agricultural Society. They offer a lifetime membership, and a variety of events each year.
  • Hill Gallery  - Bed and breakfast located on a mountain top in the Hampshire Hills of Cummington. It is an artist/owner designed nine room, multi level, contemporary home.
  • Kingman Tavern Historical Museum  - 4-building complex that includes a 17-room early 1800s house which was once a tavern, a two-story barn, a carriage shed, and an 1840s cider mill. The house includes a replica of a 1900 country store and a schoolroom. The 5,000 artifacts on display in the complex reflect life in Cummington for the past 200 years.
  • The Old Creamery Grocery and Deli  - Where the local community gathers to catch up on each other's lives, or share political views with friendly chat.
  • Town of Cummington  - Official site with maps, history, government and local residents business and resources.
  • William Cullen Bryant Homestead  - A national historic landmark which was the boyhood home of one of America's foremost 19th-century poets.
