• Board of Dietetic Practice  - Protects the citizens of Maryland and to promote quality health care in the field of dietetics by licensing and certifying dietitians and nutritionists, and setting standards for the practice of dietetics through regulations and legislation.
• Board of Morticians  - Protects the public's health and welfare through proper credentialing, examination, licensure, and discipline of morticians, funeral directors, surviving spouses, apprentices and funeral establishments in Maryland.

• Board of Social Work Examiners  - Regulates the practice of Social Work in the state of Maryland.
• Developmental Disabilities Administration of Maryland  - Provides leadership to assure the full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in all aspects of community life.
