  • Birth Defects Center  - Collaborative effort of researchers and physicians from multiple departments in the Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing and Arts and Sciences. Aims to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of birth defects.
  • Center for Advanced Surgical Technologies  - Residency program that consolidates a collaborative relationship between the Departments of Surgery, Diagnostic Radiology, and Gastroenterology to explore and provide technologically advanced surgery procedures.
  • Center for Applied Microcirculatory Research (CAMR)  - Operates a program, involving multidisciplinary teams, that aims to develop microcirculation science as a new applied health care field.
