• Guakia, Inc.  - Puerto Rican cultural center offers information on educational and arts programs, community partnerships and contacts. Site available in English and Spanish.
• Hartford Black History Project, Inc.  - Community-based non-profit organization that makes historical information and artifacts accessible to students and the public through an exhibit, the Internet and by hosting educational and cultural events.
