• Barrow Arctic Science Consortium  - Encourages research and educational activities pertaining to Alaska's North Slope, the adjacent portions of the Arctic Ocean, and in Chukotka, Russia. Covers the BASC structure, the facilities, and what they do.
• Ice Observatories - Sea Ice Group at the Geophysical Institute  - Based in the villages of Barrow and Wales, Alaska. Informs about the webcams and radars, the break-up outlook, and the mass balance and sea level site.
• NOAA Climate Monitoring and Diagnostic laboratory  - Point Barrow Observatory is located near sea level eight kilometers east of Barrow. Facility is manned year-round by two engineers/scientists. Hosts numerous cooperative research projects from around the world.
