• AIDS Action Coalition  - HIV/AIDS clinic offering primary and medical care, social services, and prevention education to the Tennessee Valley community.
• Alabama Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition (ACCCC)  - Aims to develop and maintain an integrated and coordinated approach to cancer incidence, morbidity, and mortality reduction. Also seeks to improve the lives of cancer patients as well as their caregivers and families.
• Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA)  - Seeks to find a cure for breast cancer through research funding and by stimulating community awareness.
• Northwest Alabama Cancer Center, P.C. (NWALCC)  - Site provides an overview of NWALCC as well as information about the policies and services offered, clinical research, and physicians.
• South Alabama Cares  - Aims to provide support, assistance, education, and advocacy for those affected by HIV/AIDS as well as to foster HIV prevention education and awareness.
• UAB Division of Infectious Diseases  - Provides comprehensive training in all clinical and aspects of investigative infectious diseases, research opportunities, fellowship, and conferences.
• University of South Alabama Micthell Cancer Institute  - Patient care and research institute established as the first academic cancer research institute in the upper Gulf Coast.
