• Project on Islam in Eurasia  - A program of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Harvard University, to encourage research into Islam in the culture and society of the region; includes background, details of conferences and publications, and listserv for information exchange.
• Silk Road Seattle  - A public education project exploring cultural interaction across Eurasia from the beginning of the Common Era to the 17th century; includes a wide range of teaching resources about the Silk Road, and its history, art, and archaeology.
• Silkroad Foundation  - Promotes the study and preservation of cultures and art of Inner Asia and the Silk Road. Offers a collection of illustrated articles and accounts of famous travelers of the route.
• Society of Saint Pius X  - Group offers information on mass times and news for congregations throughout the region.
