Special Education Inclusion

• Circle of Inclusion  - Site serves as a resource for early childhood providers and families of young children. Presents demonstrations of and information about effective inclusive educational program practices.
• Facilitating Active Inclusion in Secondary Education (FAISE)  - Practical active inclusion approach that provides support and advice to schools seeking to achieve successful inclusion. Formulates a strategy for co-ordination and monitoring.
• Inclusion in Science Education for Students with Disabilities  - Presents teaching strategies for disabilities and impairments and an individualized educational plan for pre-college.
• Inclusion.com  - Presents person centered planning, inclusion resource materials, workshops and training events, books, and a media gallery.
• Inclusive Schools Week  - Annual celebration that highlights and celebrates the progress of schools in providing supportive and quality education to diverse student populations, including those with disabilities or learning differences.
• Maryland Coalition for Inclusive Education (MCIE)  - Site provides information on MCIE's services, conferences, events, staff and board. With publications and mailing list.
