Coursing refers to the hunting technique that uses dogs trained to chase game. Common animals hunted in coursing include hares, foxes, deer, rabbits, gazelle, antelopes, wolves, and coyotes. While legal in some countries (e.g. Ireland, Poland, Russia, and Spain), coursing is illegal in England, Wales, and Australia.
