Mumbai born chef Jehangir Mehta started cooking to amuse and delight his families household staff. It became a passion and his skill landed him on the Food Network's show, The Next Iron Chef. He came in second but really won over the panel. His recently opened restaurant in New York City; Graffiti received rave reviews.
