• Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research (AHFMR)  - Systematic review reports (mostly PDF) of 100 health technologies and interventions. Gives details about the AHFMR, publications, and programs.
• Association for Medical Ethics  - Member physicians promote patient care through evidence-based medicine, with mission, history of EBM, rules of disclosure, members, and related articles.
• Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH)  - Furnishes evidence-based information to healthcare decision-makers. Includes background, products, services, priorities, news, and events.
• Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (CTFPHC)  - Provides periodic evidence-based systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines on preventive health interventions (screening and diagnosis).
• Center for Evidence-based Medicine (CEBM)  - Toronto-based EBM center providing a large collection of EBM resources, including tutorials and access to EBM tools as the CAT Maker, critical appraisal worksheets, NNT tables and an EBM glossary. Also serves as the support site for the classic textbook on EBM by David Sackett et al.
• Center For Health Services And Policy Research (CHSPR)  - Provides systematic reviews of the efficacy, safety, cost, and impact of the health care instruments, apparatus, medications and procedures; many full-text reports (PDF). From University of British Columbia.
• Cochrane Collaboration  - The leading evidence-based medicine organization providing systematic reviews of healthcare interventions, published quarterly and compiled into their Cochrane Library.
• Health Technology Assessment Programme  - Offers systematic reviews of costs, effectiveness and impact of health technology (health care treatments and tests), with over 200 full reports and executive summaries. From NCCHTA (National Coordinating Centre for Health Technology Assessment), UK.
