"All in the Family" was a series which ran from 1971-1979. It starred Carroll O'Connor as the bigot Archie Bunker. Jean Stapleton played his wife Edith. Sally Struthers played their daughter Gloria and Rob Reiner played her husband Michael Stivic, who Archie referred to as "Meathead".
