• Hudson River Playback Theatre  - Enact personal stories using improvisational theater, music, and movement.
• The Impatient Theatre Co.  - Company that is devoted to the continuous development, exploration, and presentation of the art and craft of longform improvisation.
• Improvisational Theatre at the College of William & Mary  - Founded on April 1, 1986 and is considered the oldest student performing art organization in the College of William & Mary.
• Melbourne Playback Theatre Company  - Formed in 1981, and is currently a resident company at Gasworks Theatre. Has been performing in community, corporate, and school settings.
• Original Theatre Project  - Group interested in developing original theater through improvising, writing, experimenting, and rehearsing.
• Pip’s Laundry  - Theater group that does sketches, songs, and act out scenes from the suggestions given by the audience.
• Pocket Full of Tales  - Group offering improvised shows where kids supply the characters. Also offers theater classes for kids aged 3-14 years old.
• Transactors Improv Co.  - Improvisational theater group who are performing and teaching in theaters, schools, and corporations.
