British actor and comedian Thomas Stewart Baker, born January 20, 1934, is known professionally as Tom Baker. He played the fourth Doctor in Doctor Who from 174 to 1981. He also won acclaim for the 1971 role of Rasputin in "Nicholas and Alexandria," filmed in 1971.
