She won an Emmy nomination for her role in "The Executioner's Song," the story of convicted murderer, Gary Gilmore. She costarred with Madonna in "Desperately Seeking Susan" in 1985, and appeared on Playboy's September 1990 issue, allegedly without her prior consent.
