Had the best service from Earl Locke. Called on the truck with a trade in from Texas. Drove 8 hours, met with Earl then finished the purchase and was able to hit the road a hour and half later back on the road to Texas. Very professional and didn't give you the beat around car salesman bs. Definitely recommend asking for Earl Locke.ReportRe: Had the best service from ... Truck #1: Contacted by the dealership and was given a quote on the truck. Told them I'll have a buddy come test drive it after settling on a final price. We are military stationed out of state so we can't go test drive it. Dealer says fine. Salesman suddenly goes dark, can't get a hold of him, finally says he was at a funeral, grandfather died. OK, understand that, apologies. Salesman says he'll have another salesman call me. No phone call. Next day I call dealership and ask for this mysterious salesman, they say he'll call me back. He never does. Finally get a text from the original salesman saying the truck was sold.Report
Truck #2: Bunch of apologies from the salesman about the first truck, says he has no idea why no one called me back. Says he has another truck and sends me the details. I agree to buy it, and put 500 dollars down on it, and start the paperwork. Monday comes, salesman says they sold the truck to someone else despite me having a down payment on it. Salesman apologizes, says he has no idea what happened. I ask for the manager to call me, salesman says the manager will call me back, I tell the salesman that I am sure that the manager won't call me back (they never do) Salesman swears the manager will call me. He doesn't call me.
Truck #3: Salesman says a sister dealership has another truck they can sell me, he says he will find out if he can get it for me, says that he'll text me back. Tuesday morning, no word, I text salesman and he says that the truck has a bad alternator and that they don't have the parts to fix it. Am assuming they sold that one too. Says I can wait another month to see what else they can get for me.
Hard to believe this place is still in business with this kind of work ethic. Wasted 14 days with these idiots.

The general manager emailed me asking how he can help. I reply right away and then he goes dark. I keep trying to give these guys a chance but on top of everything else now have to wait 3 weeks to get an oil change?? Absolutely ridiculous! To add more, Don't be tricked into buying a specialty vehicle with Tuscany or Shelby mods. Warranty is a nightmare and you won't ever be able to trade out and get fair market value for the vehicle. I was trying to buy a vehicle at their online price cash and the salesperson Homer was no help cus I'm from out of state. She then accused me of being a wholesaler just because I didn't wanna pay taxes on a vehicle they aren't required to collect taxes on if the vehicle is going out of state…. I was treated disrespectfully by a female salesperson. All by phone we worked a deal for a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I emailed and texted her to see how the deal was going ..no answer or reply. Finally after I complained she responded that she sent me an email ( that I never received or I would of responded) saying I wasn't approved because of my credit score. I understand that killed the deal but have some professional respect and return an email, call or text. Shouldn't leave customers hanging. 2nd time buyer, I never got any help trying to cancel my gap insurance on my 1st car. All I got was out of their hands up to me to get it back. This was Feb and as of today still nothing on the Gap insurance which as the manger told me was around 350.00 that's almost a car payment.still no check from World Ford. I had to go through Ford Credit to try solve which they did in August. Told me give WF a month to cut check.
