I went in for a consultation last tuesday and was able to get in for Lasik on Thursday! staff and Dr. Will were wonderful and the process was so easy and painless.

Dr. Will and his team are very professional, and friendly.
I went to him because of a radio ad I had heard. I have been wanting to check out LASIK for quite a while and finally decided it was time.
Went to Dr Wills Salem office for consultation. He and I talked about expectations from surgery. He examined my eyes and said that I would be a good candidate for LASIK. I also watched a couple of short but very informative videos about the procedure, they helped me understand more about how surgery could help and how it was done.
I had my procedure done on a Tuesday afternoon. They told me to go home and rest or even nap for a couple of hours, and even overnight if possible. I did sleep all night and woke the next morning feeling no pain or discomfort. My distance vision was noticeably better.
Did a follow up appointment that morning, Dr. Will saw me and said that it went well, and I should continue to improve for the next few months.
I have another check up in a month. Can't wait to see how well it is then.
A big thanks to Dr. Will and his wonderful staff for putting my mind at ease, and for really caring about patients. When finding a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients is hard to find.

My entire experience was amazing. I could not be how helpful the ladies in the office were. Having somebody speak the entire time surgery happened was so comforting and let no room for fear or questions.

Amazing! The process was all explained very well ahead of time, there were no surprises, all of the staff we're very kind and comforting, and Dr Will answered all of my questions. I was hoping to get monovision, but was able to take a test ride and he determined that it wouldn't be a good fit for me, I am very grateful for that! My contact prescription was -9 and 1/2, I could barely see it all without glasses or contacts. The day after surgery I was at 20:30, and today is 2 days post-op and I'm going to guess I'm at 2020. My vision is clear and crisp, relatively no discomfort. I am so excited and happy!

The staff is very nice and always willing to answer any questions. Dr. Will gave me my vision back. Worth every penny!

Such friendly staff! They really make the process easy, communication is above average. I was pretty nervous going into the lasik procedure but they talked me through every step which was very reassuring. It was amazing waking up the next day being able to see right away!

Dr. Will and staff were amazing! From first appointment to surgery day, they made everything easy and made you feel comfortable. They first educate you with a couple of videos about their technology and the procedure itself. They have affordable pricing options and give you step-by-step procedures to prep yourself pre-surgery. Wonderful staff, wonderful care! I watched Dr. Will perform Lasik eye surgery on my husband 14 years ago, his success is a big part of why I had the procedure done myself. They were all so efficient. Dr. Will was so patient and kind. I especially loved the prayer he said before my procedure which I really appreciated and brought me some ease. During my procedure a lovely woman gave me great coaching, commentary and what to expect next...she was amazingly comforting. My healing is going great and am finding out just how much glasses were an impediment in my life. Thank you Dr. Will!
