Terrible delivery process. Truck driver did not call at time of delivery. He had a problem because of a PGE truck in the way, but if he had called me, I could have directed him. Instead he took the parcel back to the warehouse. Now the parcel, 5 days later is lost at the warehouse. Takes 5-7 business days to do a dock search from the the day the customer calls, not when they notice it missing. In the meantime,, my whole bathroom project is being held up at least 2 weeks because of this missed delivery and no notification from the driver or the warehouse.Report
