Volkswagen of Downtown La

Good service experience with Danny Chavarria. After a failed attempt for service at Pasadena, I realize I should have just gone to see Danny. Danny was nothing but professional, respectful, attentive, sincere and friendly.

I arrived on time for my scheduled 7:30 appointment I made on the phone. I was greeted by a few staff members and all were friendly and professional. I always believed and advise everyone to find a service advisor you can trust and rely on in order to build a relationship for the duration you drive your car. I've done that with all my cars and all of them never had issues.

This was the first service for my new Atlas and I made a mistake trying to go elsewhere. I leased my Atlas from a dealership too far for service, so I researched Yelp to find a service advisor. I initially chose Pasadena, but you can read my review on that experience. In any case I'll be working with Danny for now on. And if they the next car I want I'll work with sales then.

The location is easy to get to, I was quickly checked in and the waiting room was clean and empty. There was someone constantly cleaning while I was there. A key factor for me is that I can work while I wait for the service to be done. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was quick and simple. There are several workstations with power and partitioned so you can work with semi privacy.

One request - I think that room needed more lighting.

The first annual service was done sooner than 1-5-2 hours. Fantastic feeling! The other location told me 3-4 and they were several hours behind. Nothing but a smooth and successful experience. But I still wish they could wash the car.

I appreciate the text communication and able to view my invoice online.

I have had my VW BEETLE serviced at LA Downtown VW since I bought it used about 6 years ago. I always get good customer service. Since Curtis Rost, the Service Dept. Manager has headed the service department, my experience has been greatly elevated. Service was always good, today my experience is GREAT. I trust Curtis with the care of my car and his recommendations.

I would like to say, VW Downtown hands down provided great customer service. We came in wanting a specific vehicle and took it home. Shout out to Eduardo B. (Sales) and Kevin V. (Finance Manager) for making it happen. We are beyond happy with our Tiguan purchase. I couldn't be more excited sharing my experience, the welcoming, understanding, is much appreciated. Last year I bought a vehicle in this dealership and from the moment they offered me help to buy it until today the customer service seems excellent to me, whenever I have had a problem or simply when visiting them for maintenance they are very kind and professional , I have personally had good experience in this dealer, and believe me that I have already had bad experiences with other dealerships and this one is undoubtedly the best, highly recommended

Mario in the service dept is awesome! I leased a '21 Tiguan SEL earlier this year from another dealership due to being closer to where I lived at the time. The message to get my oil change in a few days had come on. I called them on my way into the office and the woman I spoke to was super polite regarding if they were super busy today or had some time in the morning to service my Tiguan. I ended up going to drop off my vehicle and Mario from the service department was super helpful and responsive. Even the other member on the team who I picked my vehicle up with was friendly. Definitely will consider them for when it comes time for my lease to end. The SEL-R Line is my next goal with the Tiguan!

The service department is always professional and courteous. Martin Alvarez in the service department has been very helpful and informative.
He explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions. The service department is amazing at what they do !!
I have been coming here for 4+ years and I will continue for sure !

Marc Diaz is the salesman that you want to deal with here. I bought a car from him last week and he made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
