I usually don’t write reviews but after visiting VIVAA in the Bellevue location, and I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at VIVAA are true professionals who exude competence and compassion. Shout out to Sharon!! All the receptionists were friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the waiting time fly by. What truly sets VIVAA apart is their commitment to patient care. Dr. Kaur and Dr. Sidhu are an absolute gem. Their expertise in laser treatments and primary care is evident, and they took the time to listen to my concerns attentively. I never felt rushed during the consultation and was explained the treatment options clearly, making sure I was well-informed before making any decisions.

The laser treatment itself was a breeze compared with other places. Laser will eventually start hurting as you go to more treatments, but it is completely bearable coming from a super sensitive person. The technology at VIVAA ensured minimal discomfort, both Dr. Kaur and Sharon performed the procedure with utmost precision and care. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which further enhanced my trust in their skills. Hygiene and safety were clearly a priority throughout my visit. The entire office was immaculate, and I noticed the staff meticulously following strict sanitation protocols. This attention to detail gave me a sense of security, knowing that my well-being was their top concern. Post-treatment, the follow-up care was exceptional. Both Dr. Kaur and Sharon provided detailed instructions on aftercare and patiently answered all my questions. Very rushed and quick to be asked if my questioned were answered when I didn’t know what to expect.
Went in the leg pain from veins and now worse and numb feeling. Visually an improvement but the prep of what to expect was weak and I felt judged for being overweight and a desk CEO position.
Main procedure minimal welcoming from the doctor and second appt he did not even bother to greet me before putting needles in my leg.
Cancelled all follow up appointments and don’t care of the results from this clinic - will go elsewhere for services.
And why do they only have skinny people reviews???
