Verde Ranch Estates

I am there very first homeowner, 31 Mann cl Camp Verde AZ. Mark Winne the Sales Manager was spot on helped us, my Mother94 to get moved in as soon as posable i am sure that Mark had to work so magic to accommodate our special needs and He along with Tittle learned as we went. Corporate is the best as well as all the staff and or wonderful neighbors the homes are built locally and great views shopping And the Club House!!

Checked out this place because we have friends moving here. Beautiful clubhouse, pool and other amenities. Phase one is nearly done and 2 is taking off. Great location to shopping and medical plus awesome views!

Very good visit. Very impressed with the development and the models available. Cliff Bryson and Lori McLerin were fantastic. Gave us great tours of the facilities and the various house models.

We toured the property in early October. We were very impressed with the staff, particularly Cliff Bryson and Lori McLerin. Lori gave us the tour of four models. She answered all of our questions and gave us a packet to take with us. We are not ready to purchase a property. The models are beautiful and the spacing between the properties is great. We are telling other friends about the properties in hopes they will consider buying there. It is a great location.

Went to look into buying a home advertised but after we get there we were informed they did not have any available and that when they did have one it would be 30 thousand dollars more than advertised did not care for the bait and switch tactics

Hi Jack. We apologize for the negative experience you had with our staff and researching our new neighborhood. We strive to provide sound and accurate information so that potential residents can make the best home decision for themselves. You say that the MLS was misleading, can you please share feedback so we can make corrections? Perhaps from the time from your first contact with our staff to in-person visit when the home was no longer available? Our Property manager; Cliff Bryson, and CRR's Corporate Director of Marketing and Sales; Erin Forrest, both attempted to reach out to you to gather more insight on your experience and how we could improve. Unfortunately, you were unwilling to speak to either of them so that you could share additional feedback to improve our quality of business and customer experience.

Thought that we may have found our new home. Mark was over whelmed with customers and we did not get the time off day. MLS listings are very miss leading. Does not have the inventory nor the staff to handle the demand. Did not even have the module available that we had come to see. He said to bring your check book..lol We were ready but the organization was not. Would not recommend unless you want to wait months for your home and get it a much higher price.

We couldn't be happier to find this treasure in Camp Verde!! From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with the friendliest, helpful Ambassador who answered many initial questions so well! Mark Winne took us around to view models which were all beautiful but then there was the one perfect for us!! The process from the moment we walked in the door to closing was so easy. Mark and his staff have been nothing less then exceptional and available every step of the way. Mark in particular always went the extra mile for us. Bob and I truly have been blessed to find this gem in Camp Verde! Worth every penny for us! Thank you everyone from Verde Ranch Estates!

Love this place!! Everyone very professional but also down to earth type people who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Would give it a five star if only there was a pool table. You can't play Ping-Pong by yourself, but you can play pool. Keep up the good work everyone :)
