Our sales person Rabija was amazing. Then comes the "manager" to show the offer on my truck. A 2016 Chevy Silverado with one elderly owner and less than 80,000 original miles which he appraised in fair condition. When I called him on it he doubled down. Complete con man. He tried to manipulate the numbers to try and make them look better. He tried to convince me that my lack of sales tax on the trade was enough to make up for his flat out dishonesty. Stereotypical used car salesman and con artist. It was really unfortunate because I loved the Subi I was looking at and really wanted to give Rabija the sale. Unfortunately when Rabija called yesterday she couldn't give me the managers name or I would be blasting that here too. The fees that were added in to the estimate on the car I was going to purchase were so ridiculous. A 500$ lifetime window tint fee? What the heck is that?

On my way in to schedule an oil change I hit a curb and popped my tire in their parking lot. Totally my fault. They don't carry the tire I needed but they took off the flat and put on the spare on the parking lot. They then took it into the service department and rotated my spare to the rear and aired up my tires so I could safely drive to a tire shop. Excellent customer service! They really went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking. And we LOVE our Atlas! Thank you!

Manny from the service center provided by far the best customer service I've ever experienced! My family and I have 4 VWs through Larry H Miller and any time we need anything, Manny is quick to resolve our problems. He goes out of his way to provide service loaners whenever one is needed, he is available and efficient whenever anyone in my family attempts to contact him and no matter the issue or situation, he always handles things with grace, professionalism and a smile on his face. It's people like him that make me happy to be a Larry H. Miller Volkswagen customer.

I had a great experience with the team at LHM Volkswagen. The sales person Jose was quick to send me information about the Jetta I was looking for. It was delivered that day and I think he contacted me within 30 mins of its arrival! He was able to send me all of the leasing information, and everything was clear and transparent. I was even able to do most of the application online. When I got to the dealership, it took maybe about an hour to finalize the paperwork. The dealership was nice and the employees very kind. I am a first time Volkswagen a owner and I definitely love the car. And the experience of getting the car, even in this market, was surprisingly smooth! Thanks LHM!

Today I was about 1 hour and 15 minutes into my 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive when I received a call from the service department (Andrew) that my appointment for an oil change had to be rescheduled because they didn't have the oil needed to do it and knew on Saturday they didn't have it because they didn't receive their shipment. So I called Chapman Volkswagen and they went above and beyond to work me into their schedule. Upon arrival at Chapmen they then told me what should be my free second oil change may not be, because the service department at Larry H Miller Volkswagen (Manny) redeemed the wrong oil change. They are not competent here….the mistakes that are made are basic things that shouldn't happen.
