They will get you cold or hot .. But higher on the prices. I say shop around

I called on a Friday afternoon and the owner was the tech that came to my house. He was very honest and accurate with my repair. I kept asking about refrigerant and cost expecting a high charge. Neither the owner or the tech that did the repair billed for any. They never tried to push or sale anything I didn’t need. I was very pleased with how professional everyone I talked with. I will not hesitate to call Tru-County Air if I need anything. I know I can trust them. Thank you!

Bobby and Daniel came out the next day (day before Thanksgiving) to check my electric heat unit. Very professional and honest on finding nothing wrong with system. Great news for me to hear. Thank you both! You’ll be my “go to for repair/maintenance AC/Heat Unit” for now on!

We had a terrible experience with a company that's in our area (Picayune), that we went with simply because we pass their building almost daily. Problem after problem, and a very awkward, stress inducing bunch of workers in and out of our home, FOR WEEKS. Caused a lot of damage to our home. I called Tri County for a second opinion, and liked them so much, I made the call to have the previous company come to remove the units they installed.

In my opinion, when you meet the people that work for a company, they are a reflection of the owner's character. With Tri County, it's abundantly clear that the owner, WG, is a really great person. He has hired honest, polite, hardworking people. He himself will get his hands dirty, and get the job done. He's funny, kind, helpful, and gives off dad vibes, haha.

About Bobby Slade. He's an irreplaceable employee, in my book. What a great guy. I have ADHD, and having to deal with my first relatively expensive home repair, was stressful, to say the least. Even moreso, after the nightmare we endured with the first company we hired. Bobby has been there for me, every step of the way. He's trustworthy, comforting, and just like WG, honest, and hardworking. Not sure what his pay is, but he deserves a raise.

The office staff are always helpful, and pleasant. After the work was completed, we received delicious cookies in the mail. Just the cherry on the top.

Do I recommend this company? Absolutely. I have found that most units need some tweaking here and there to get to that "sweet spot", because each home is different. When we've needed them, they've come, without hesitation. I appreciate them so much.

Very responsive. Great communication throughout troubleshooting an old HVAC unit and promptly installed a new one.
