We stayed here for a weekend trip. My kids were withe as well. Dominique was our host for check in amd she is an absolute doll. She was very help, accomodating and made our stay fantastic. Both her and Juan who is the overnight manager were amazing. Juan upgraded our room. They went out of their way to make sure myself and the kids have a good time. They even gave the kids gourmet cookies and milk. Apart from their fantantic customer service the hotel itself is top notch. Kids loved the water slides, pool and the lazy river. I went to the Ritz yesterday to watch the ladies from the LPGA finish the final round. Ended up having drinks after the match ended. Their are some great people at the Ritz, from the parking attendant to the staff members.
