It was our 1st visit to the mouse trap and it didn't disappoint . Very helpful and friendly staff and the lancashire share platter was amazingly good and value for money .

Visited at the weekend for the second time. Fabulous platter, brilliant atmosphere and the staff, especially the young man serving us, were so bright and cheerful and nothing was too much. Took a doggie bag home and even that was wrapped and packaged really lovely. Highly recommend and will certainly be visiting again...10/10...???

Went in last night without booking, good considering there was a band in. Luckily with the help of the friendly barstaff we snagged a table and sofa next to the band. Band were small but great, we ended up chatting to them and a few other customers. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere even a bit of dancing at the end.
We've eaten their cheese boards a few times and they are always amazing and great coffee too ( I'm very picky about coffee). Highly recommended.
