More About The Law Office of James R. Flandreau

Jim Flandreau understands what it is like to be unable to work. He knows how scary it is to have no money coming in as the bills pile up; it's why he fights to help our clients get and keep their benefits.

For almost 30 years, he has helped people who have been denied Pennsylvania workers' compensation. He goes to court when the insurance company refuses to pay for lost earnings or for medical treatment, or when it tries to cut off his clients' benefits.

He was one of the first Pennsylvania lawyers certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. His clients have an attorney who knows workers' compensation law and who's not afraid to fight for his clients.

We also help the disabled get Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. When you are unable to work, these benefits are intended to be a safety net. However, to qualify, you have to go through a complicated process. We know the process. At the initial level, even though most people are turned down, we work to maximize the chance of getting our clients approved. On appeal, we make certain that there is a complete record so that the judge considers all of the evidence of their disability.

If you cannot work due to a work injury, or because of an illness or an injury, contact us. The initial consultation is free, and cases are handled on a contingent basis. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid. We also schedule appointments after-hours, and make hospital visits.
