The Bell Tower on 34th

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking to throw a once in a lifetime event that will impress your guests, this is it. From the second that you walk in, you can feel how special this place is.

Beautiful wedding site

This is a beautiful building, In a lovely part of town with pretty decent prices.
However if I could give them 0 stars I could.

Me and my party were treated horribly during a walk through, we arrived early and dressed nice but when receiving an employee to tour us she was dismissive, unfriendly and rushed our experience.

There was sarcasm. There were eye rolls. We didn't even get walked out at the end of the tour. Every time we went into a room and I tried to ask a question I was TOLD that we would be moving on and looking at other things. Whenever I wanted to look at other features such as balconies or other rooms I was told "it's just a room, move on"

Repetitively kept saying how I only wanted certain rooms and they kept pushing for me to get as many rooms as possible either three or the whole building. I tried to really calmly explain things like my budget. My preferences why I wanted the other rooms and i was still steamrolled and ignored which I don't want to deal with if I'm trying to pick somewhere as a venue to get married at. I don't want to get married at a place where they aren't going to listen to me and are going to be extremely rude to me.

I couldn't even answer her questions without her getting irritated with me. She asked me to tell her about the wedding I wanted, I told her what does she need to know and she looked at me angry, and said, "the guest count??????" In a tone that implied I was stupid.

Even though we had hardly discussed numbers, she had a strong attitude of you can't afford us or it doesn't matter if you can't afford us because your money is no good here.

I had debated for a while now if I had wanted to even consider getting married at the bell tower or trying to tour with a different consultant but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth to the point that I couldn't recommend it to anybody and after going to other places meeting other brides I've heard from other people (NOT VENDORS) who have also had very similar experiences.

That behavior is unacceptable and no bride or couple or anyone should have to deal with being spoken down too.

I can't even upload pictures of the place because she's seen glaring at me in the background of many of my venue photos in addition to a very callous and disingenuine apology.

Always good to work with. One of the greatest wedding venue in Houston.

The Bell Tower on 34th is an extraordinary venue. The architecture and design closes off the outside world and makes you forget that you’re in Houston. Not only is every room spectacularly beautiful, the owner, Roger Igo, is an expert at creating an unforgettable experience. His creativity, thoughtfulness, and execution by himself and his staff are unmatched. I highly recommend the Bell Tower on 34th for ANY event.

The Bell Tower puts on the most exquisite events. The venue is gorgeous and is only limited by your imagination! The food is impeccable, they cater to all cultures and the staff is incredible, they seem to meet your needs before you even realize you needed anything! You will not go wrong with The Bell Tower!

My Entertainers favorite Venue to perform. Has an awesome staff and the facility is so unique. It has class from entering through the huge walls into a garden of beauty! Inside the massive entrance including the fabulous flooring it is a sight to behold.
The service there is 10 +. Would recommend for any occasion if you are looking for something very unique and memorable.
