I'm a big fan. I've gotten to work directly with Connor and Craig and am very impressed with them and their management staff. These guys know their stuff. They were upfront about their service, were clear about where they excelled and in which areas they did not specialize, and exactly what I should expect as a client moving forward. I'm admittedly weary of companies that over promise and under deliver especially in the service and support sectors. I found this not to be the case with SurveyNinja. We had been handling support internally but needed to scale without losing the personal touch and level of quality that our customers have come to expect. They seem to have a responsible, professional, and likeable team providing a quality service at a price that's hard to match. So far so good!

I've had a positive experience using the team at Support Ninja. They are a start up which gives them flexibility to really help and contour a plan to fit your needs. They key with Support Ninja or any business is having open communication and setting expectations.

!!! Warning !!! Once these guys have your money they will stop responding to your emails and phone calls.

We were forced to cancel our agreement with Support Ninja because they were over a week late to source agents and the "experienced" agents they promised our team lacked basic english, computer and typing skills. My team invested heavily into training our "Ninjas" however, after a few days it became clear that the agents sourced by Support Ninja had no prior support experience and were completely unfit for the role. The agents typing speed averaged below 15 words per minute and their english/grammar skills were unsuitable for phone support.

Early into training we had reached out to Conner Tomkies to discuss these concerns but our efforts went unanswered for days. By the end of the week Conner had reached out saying he understood the agents were unacceptable and would be sourcing new ones over the weekend.

However, at this point it was too late. We were now over two weeks behind our planned start date. Our team made the difficult decision to end our agreement and fill our support needs internally.

Despite completely failing to deliver on the agreement Luke Ward, Conner Tomkies and Cody McLain refuse to return our $10K deposit check and have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.
