Sunsational Pools built my pool during the summer of 2019. It is important for me to mention they did not ask me to write this review. They earned it. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate what this company does to go out of there way to make a client satisfied. They have a team for 4-5 people that you communicate with throughout the process. Very easy to get a hold of and always have an answer and solution to everything. Also very pleasant good people. All the people that did work on the pool were wonderful. I enjoyed that my small kids got to witness the hard work that these good people did for us. Not once during the process was I hit with an unexpected charge. Not once did any of their team try to upsell me on anything. Worth mentioning their bid was 10% cheaper then their competitors. And the finished product was nothing short of amazing. We have been enjoying the pool now for few months and it has changed our lives! Being able to walk into our backyard into paradise instead of taking the kids to the mall or stare at the tv is such a gift. Im very grateful to Sunsational Pools and recommend them to everyone.

Sunsational Pools not only helped us envision and build our dream pool, but throughout the process was professional, organized, and on top of everything. From the beginning, every step had a lot of thought, starting with our salesman, Scott. Scott was extremely thorough with his assistance, making sure no detail was missed and putting together the pieces of our overall vision. Going into the office and signing the contract, we met the owner, Julie, who took it upon herself to overlook the plans and make sure every detail was spot on. As we moved on to the paperwork, their office team was exceptional in making sure all of our permits and documentation were filed accurately and expeditiously. As the actual construction began, our superintendent, Zack, personalized the experience from the beginning. Not only did he make sure every detail was taken care of in the most professional manner, but his team was polite, thorough, and organized during the entire process. When we had hesitations that the construction was not going well, Zack suggested he come over to personally see that all aspects were taken care of, working with his staff to make sure all proper steps were taken care of. Overall, this company talked the talk, and walked the walk, personalizing our experience beyond our every expectation and making our dream pool a reality! Our family cannot thank them enough!

I decided to get the pool ahead of a new kitchen and bathrooms for my family and couldn't be happier. Sunsational Pools and Spa lived up to their word and built a beautiful pool for me. My kids live in the pool now. There were a few issues after the build and Zach was great to deal with. My back yard is my oasis now and couldn't be happier.

I could not be happier with the results of my new pool. Zach and the team at Sunsational Pools are awesome to work with from the design through the permitting process to the construction and ultimately to the firing up of the pool they were great. Anytime I had a question even after the pool was finished they have responded quickly and been helpful.

Took about 2.5 months. All went well. Minor glitches were fixed quickly. Attentive and responsive job site supervisors. Sub trades were good. If you're a hands on homeowner with experience in building trades, try to be there for the little things you might prefer to be done a certain way, but not at all necessary. I got 4 bids, went with Sunsational. Cost includes lots of ongoing tasks that are required after completion of the construction, which is good. Other companies ommited the little things in their bids that Sunsational included in there's. I recommend this company.

I just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to Sunsational Pools & Spas for the amazing pool they did for our backyard. From the moment Joe came to our house to provide us with an estimate, we just knew that we were in good hands. The entire company was such a pleasure to work with. From the dig date to the final inspection, the entire crew was extremely professional and worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was done to perfection. Each day they were there at 7:15 am and worked until 5 pm, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Not once did we receive a complaint from our community. In fact, we actually had some neighbors stopping by to take a look at the progress because they were very impressed with how quickly things were being done and how incredible it looked. Anytime we emailed or texted a question there was always a prompt response. The expectations and timeframe were set up front and they stuck to it, even when there was a week and a half of torrential downpours. After certain parts of the build were completed, we either received an email or a phone call with what the next steps were and when to expect them by. The whole process was quick and easy and took only 6 weeks. The dig started on May 31 and the pool was filled up on July 12. Our experience with Sunsational far exceeded my expectations and we couldn’t be happier. First class product with first class service. They were awesome from start to finish.

DO NOT USE! We had our pool built less than 5 years ago and while they were fast to build the quality has been horrific. The patio has sank (not settled) 4 times several inches due to the lack of proper packing. the pool pump went out 3 times, 2 salt cells, and the spa coping fell off twice. Julie specifically has tried to avoid repairs. Her sales tactics were just that..tactics, and when the money stopped and the pool was built the follow up was non existent. to this day the spa looks like a child did the work. The patio has to be laid again and the tiles have to be glued back on. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER! Her son now on the construction side has even gone as far as to sign his name in the concrete under the tiles. All add ons after the build and during are double the cost from any other builder. Was told the structure and craftsmanship had a ten year warranty by several employees and when i called to have the repairs scheduled, Julie said it was only one year and we would no w have to pay.

We are so sorry Steve and Regina that after 5 years of using your beautiful swimming pool, you are so upset with our company. The warranty for any new construction is and always has been 3 years for equipment, 1 year workmanship, 10 years diamond brite and lifetime structure on the shell of the pool. We sent our technician out to your home a week ago to look at some spots that you said your service company thought was rebar coming through the finish in the spa. After going out, our technician realized that there were what looked like earring backs and other miscellaneous metal pieces that were leaving the stains. Our tech managed to clean the stains(at no charge) that your service company neglected to remove and replaced 6 eyeball fittings(also at no charge) that were bulging from the diamond brite due to improper water chemistry. In regards to travertine installations, all travertine patios are installed in gunite sand and require yearly maintenance/ re-sanding. As a company that has been building pools in South Florida since 1987, we stand behind any type of structural issues that might occur. If you would like us to come out and do anymore repairs, we have to charge a service fee.

From the first phone call, to coming out to our residence, very professional.Got our quote immediately. Zac and his team actually completed our vinyl lining install in 1 day. Looks great. Coincidentally Sunsational is installing 3 pools of fellow coworkers, that's how much we all were impressed.
