Dwain was so helpful, greeted me at the door and took my car early as I decided to wait this time. He assured me my car had gone in immediately and I would be out without hesitation! Very nice Service Advisor that I would highly recommend!

Efram is an AMAZING salesperson! He's warm, compassionate, and easygoing. He's not pushy, manipulative or just trying to make a sale. He definitely achieved the goal of listening to where we where and what my specific needs were. I recommend everyone visiting him! And also stay away from the Subaru dealership in Bloomington.

Colton and the entire team at Serra Subaru are amazing! I could not have asked for a better car purchasing experience! They went above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove away. Colton was amazing and really cared about helping me find and purchase the perfect car that fit all of my needs and budget. This was the first time I purchased a car on my own and he made the process easy to understand and enjoyable. I definitely would not have been able to find or purchase my car without him or the rest of the team! I highly recommend Serra Subaru and will be a lifelong customer. If possible I would give -5 stars 1 star is far too many.
Don't bother unless you want to spend a lot of time in their lounge.
1 replacement Key cutting/programming 5 hrs
3 hours sitting in their lobby only to be told with a smile and a laugh that their $20,000.00 key cutter was unable to cut the key, even though they verified that it was a Genuine Subaru key while checking me in, no apologizies just some "if it weren't for bad luck,, joking attitude,"
I was then sent to a local locksmith who cut the key in less than 5 minutes.
After getting back to the dealership and waiting in line to get my car checked with no recognition of the 3+ hours i had already been their, finally the Mr. "if it weren't for bad luck"... sees me and says we'll get right on it.
1.5 hours later i am finally brought to be checked out. I am then told by the service person who has been mishandling me all morning says "if you had ordered the key from us you wouldn't have had this issue..."
That's when I realize this dealer was punishing me for not buying the key from them!!

Terrible service their mechanics removed aftermarket parts without permission that were unrelated to an issue because they couldn't figure out how to solve the issue.

Great place and even when there was a problem with the used car we purchased that was unforseen and because of Covid could only be corrected in a timely manner by Serra Honda refunding the value of the car for a replacement car. From Ben Quanttrone at the top of the organization to Drew in service, Jess and Jesse they took great care in correcting a problem and were professional and understanding. Thanks so much.
