In 2011, I had an eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) done by Dr. Stepanyan. The process was smooth and I had minimum down time. This procedure helped me with many issues I was having with my health including preventing headaches. I keep getting compliments on how youthful I look with my new eyelids that got a lift and this is one of the reasons for that. I'm very satisfied with my results.

I have had more than one procedure with this great Doctor, I had a dental implant for my front central upper tooth. I had pain in my gums and upper jaw due to an infection pocket. After consulting with the Doctor, he recommended getting an implant would be the best and for him to remove the infection pocket in my jaw as well during the procedure. This was the best for my long term oral health and it was the best decision I made. I have no more pain in my gum and in my jaw from the previous crown. My tooth looks very natural.

Dr. Stepanyan removed a large I Lipoma from my upper back, near my neck. He performed my surgery so precisely and did my stitches so seamless and smooth. You can barely see the scar now after the scar gel he recommended for the post operation care.

Additionally, he has been treating my TMJ problems with an Orthotic Appliance, and it helps tremendously.

I would return to Stepanyan Surgical Center in a heartbeat. I know I'm in safe hands with Dr. Stepanyan.

I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Stepanyan. In 2014, I had a rhinoplasty which changed my life! I had gone over 15 years with only being able to breathe from one of my nostrils (and to a very limited degree) while not being able to breathe from my other nostril at all due to an injury. Not only did I have an amazing aesthetic with my the outcome of the rhinoplasty, I was able to take in more oxygen and feel better than ever! I also felt more confident and I have Dr. Stepanyan and his team to thank! Words cannot express my happiness with the outcome, and the level of comfort I had with understanding the process of the surgery and the recovery. Each recovery visit left me feeling more and more appreciative for his team as the results were improving.

I also had Laser Skin Resurfacing for acne scarring. I had been struggling with acne from my teenage years that were horrible. The procedure was well worth it as my scarring completely disappeared! My skin was completely renewed and this lasted for many years. The transformation for me was something I never thought would be possible! One of my greatest insecurities would no longer be an issue. In June of 2021 I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Even being young in my early thirties, I also developed high blood pressure, difficult to control with medications, due to sleep apnea. First I was prescribed and used CPAP, but it was very inconvenient and almost impossible to use.

I had a consultation with Dr. Stepanyan. After thorough evaluation of the severity of my problem and examination with CT Scan and measurements by Dr. Stepanyan, I found out that I can have Orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery) where he would move my upper and lower jaws forward, including my chin, to open my airways and cure my sleep apnea permanently, with no need to use CPAP ever again.

Dr. Stepanyan went over every aspect of what I can expect from the surgery along with what tools he would be using. He did the entire treatment planning virtually and even ordered custom titanium plates made precisely for my jaws, to secure them in the new positions.

Dr. Stepanyan performed 8 hour very complex surgery at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena. After surgery he took great care of me while I was in the hospital and after I was discharged home. At my weekly follow up appointments he would make sure I had no pain or discomfort. He would also make sure my bite continued to sit correctly.  He was always available if I ever had a question or concern even in the middle of the night. I healed really fast due to Dr. Stepanyan's precise surgery and use of custom made plates and dissolving stitches over efficient incisions.

I had the surgery in December 2022. It has now been 7 months and I can eat whatever I want and I am sleeping better than ever. Dr. Stepanyan has tremendously improved my quality of life.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stepanyan for this type of very complicated and intricate procedure. Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Stepanyan and his entire team are outstanding! I have now had multiple procedures done by Dr. Stepanyan and I am extremely happy with the results.

First, I had a sinus surgery with bone grafting. And that resolved all my sinus issues.

Botox and Juvederm injections multiple times with excellent results. I only go to Dr. Stepanyan for injectables.

And finally, in May I had permanent lip augmentation with AlloDerm grafting due to having very small lips. They already look great and I will not need any more lip fillers.

I trust Dr. Stepanyan and his medical expertise. He thoroughly went over what to expect from the surgery. He provided me detailed post operative care instructions. I will continue to highly recommend him for all your cosmetic and reconstructive surgical and medical needs. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me with my sinus and beauty.

I have had two procedures with Stepanyan surgical: Orthognathic and Septoplasty. I am very satisfied with my results. Years late, I have no issues with my breathing, jaw, bite, and snoring has also decreased significantly. The doctor was also able to diagnose my sleep apnea before surgery through a sleep study referral. This team at Stepanyan Surgical is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They, along with the doctor, make you feel very comfortable and answer any questions you may have. His team works well with insurance companies as well and were able to show the medical necessity of my procedures and by doing so, insurance covered some of the cost. That was a lovely surprise, as it can be difficult to get insurance pay outs these days.

In 2019 I got a rhinoplasty and in 2022 I got a chin lipo with Dr. Stepanyan. I was beyond impressed with the staff and the results i received from the facility and I am more then happy to go back for other procedures if needed. I am overjoyed with the way my nose and chin turned out I recommend Dr. Stepanyan is the best if you want the best outcome go to him and don't look back. Thank you Dr.
