I had a large tree limb brake off a very old Hackberry tree after a destructive wind storm and the removal was more than I could handle on my own. I contacted several tree services for bids and accepted Preservation Trees bid because the arborists was very helpful and explained the process in detail. I contacted the office and accepted their bid and the scheduler set up a work order immediately. They put me on the list and I was contacted to confirm an appointment within a few days.Report
When the 3 man crew came to my house they were very quick and professional. They removed and shredded the large limb along with raking up the leaves.
I would highly recommend Preservation Tree to anyone who needs tree trimming or removal. The process went very smooth.
Highly recommend Tree Service Solutions. Chris is great to work with. They came out and trimmed and cleaned up all our trees. Very professional and left no trace they were here. My yard looks fantastic and definitely will use them again.Report
Very professional business! Came out and gave me a price promptly and started the job the next morning. The crew were amazing to watch! They really knew what they were doing. Cleaned entire area and stacked the wood neatly after the tree was down.Report
I don't feel like I was charged for their lunch and siesta time !! Everyone deserves their breaks.
Thanks so much,

Have used Tree Service Solutions for approx 4 years. Good pricing and outstanding work. Chris, owner & certified arborist, knows trees in and out. Provides deep root fertilization and trims/thins trees proportionality. This year, 2018, he trimmed 6 live oaks, 2 fig trees, 1 crepe myrtle and cut back 8 rose bushes. Additionally, we were redoing parts of our landscape which required digging out and removal of 4 Desert Willow trees. All work was done in a safe and professional manner. Workers were polite and addressed any questions we had. Work was completed in one day which included removal of debris and yard cleaned up.Report
Summary: Charged $1600 to clean up 3 trees and somehow thought charging me for a 1.5 hour siesta for his crew seemed totally acceptable.Report
Full story:
I had Chris come out and give me a quote to clean up 3 large trees. He said it would take 10 hours. If they had any time left they would clean up other trees, or find something to keep them busy. I have a fully treed property, so that seemed reasonable. He was really nice and personable, and so I figured he would be honest. The day of, the crew showed up to my house at 8 and sat out on the street until 8:30 waiting for Chris to show up to tell them what to do. They worked a few hours, then took a nap between 11:30-1:00 on my front yard. I'm pretty sure they only got up because I finally called Chris and asked what the plan was. They worked a couple more hours, did none of the other stuff to make it a full day and left my house at 3:30! That's 5 hours of work and he still wanted to charge me for 10 hrs!! He tried to argue it took 45 minutes to get from Anna to my house (which I find amusing since I happen to live at my house and know it is only 20 minutes to Anna) and they had to go deliver my tree mulch to another person's house who wanted it after they left my house?! Why would I pay for that? Even if you add on 1.5 hour for driving time, that's still only 7 hours of work! I promise, if I rounded 7 hrs up to 10, I wouldn't have a job for long. After complaining, he decided to refund me $200. Which still made it $1400 to clean up 3 trees - outrageous compared with others I've compared notes with.
