Round Rock Toyota

2nd vehicle I bought at RR Toyota. I bought a AS IS vehicle which is exactly that. You except the car as it. (Understood) just one issue was about the service manager. They did fix 2 minor issues which was much appreciated, they didn't have to. But the car had locking wheel nuts. No key for the lug nuts. If I was to get a flat on the way home, I was screwed (1 hour away).
He refused to take them off. A 15 min job to pop them off and put on 4 regular cheap lug nuts. After spending 42k plus on 2 cars, I thought is was like too bad so sad.
Got home to bust them off my self and realized the spare tire and jack didn't exist anyway, had to purchase both.
Again as is, my fault. But seriously, THANK YOU service manager for caring.
The sales rep. was fantastic (Justin) from next door at RR Hyundai! Good job!

I brought my truck in on 11/23 to get a flat fixed (had a 9:00am appointment). I waited over 4 hours to get it completed. There were people who were getting oil changes and tire rotations, who got their cars in less than half the time. I even bought the tires at this dealership, which apparently doesn't matter. Think it's time to find a new service department

Edit: 2 week update... Emailed the Manager twice as requested and I have not gotten a response.
