More About Road Ready Used Cars Inc

Road Ready Used Cars Proudly serving the Milford, Waterbury ,Bridgeport & upper Fairfield county since 1989. Our large selection of quality used cars are priced to meet anyone's budget. Stop By Today or visit us on the web http://www.roadreadyusedcars.com Your Neighborhood Used Car DealerRoad Ready Used Cars has been established since 1989. Owner Ronald Saracino has been in the automobile field for over 32 years working up the ranks of some of the biggest new car dealerships in Connecticut. Learning all phases of sales, service & parts, he opened this dealership with one thing in mind, ''How can I please the customer and still be profitable by giving them a trouble-free car?'' Ronald has been to every sales seminar under the sun. It accomplished very little in customer satisfaction area, only the sales end. So he went back to the drawing board. What he discovered was simple. WHY BUY OUR USED CARS?Many of the Cars, Trucks, Vans and SUVs sold at Road Ready are New Car Dealer Trade Ins. This ensures us that we're dealing with the companies on a consistent basis. We get to inspect the vehicles thoroughly and test drive them. If there is a problem, it can be rectified with the dealer in either a reduction of the sale price or returning the car.Plus most cars are 1-owner vehicles to ensure that the previous customer was satisfied with the vehicle. Our cars are purchased from some of the biggest and oldest dealerships in Connecticut which results in better trade-ins. This helps keep reconditioning costs down because most of the customers are repeats and want to continue doing business there, so they wouldn't try to slip them with a problem car as a trade in. You're probably saying to yourself, if these cars are so good why is the dealer selling them to Road Ready and not selling the vehicles themselves? Simple, most dealers only like to sell their own merchandise, not someone else's -- as their competitor. Another factor is most new car dealers don't like to sell a car that's older than 3 years old because the balance of warranty has expired. One more important factor is that the sales department gets charged the same labor and parts rate as you would pay if you went to that service department, so most of the time they can't recondition that car properly and be profitable at the same time. The vehicles that we purchase from Auction are from Southern Auto Auction in East Windsor, CT. This is the largest and oldest independent Auction in the United States. They offer a service called V.I.P. which after the purchase by the dealer they inspect the vehicle to ensure the buyer does not buy a faulty vehicle. This program has a fee but its well worth it for us as a dealer and for you as the consumer.Wednesday is auction day at Southern. We are able to view many of the vehicles that interest us on the website the day before the auction. We can also pull the Carfax and condition reports on them. Just like any business, there are good and bad. We know what dealers to stay clear of. Most of the companies on site are dealers with great reputations. We can also purchase vehicles directly from General Motors, Honda, Nissan, Subaru and many more.Every vehicle comes with a Carfax History Report. This report does a background check on the vehicle you're purchasing. It checks to see if the vehicle has had any previous accidents or total losses, Lemon Law Buybacks or odometer discrepancies. Only 30% of car dealers in Connecticut do this. It costs us about $25.00 to run the report, but we think it's worth it. Why don't the other 70% do this? ''I Don't Know!''Dedicated to Serving You in the New Haven, Milford & Fairfield areasAll vehicles go through a rigorous safety and maintenance inspection, and we don't just mean the basics. That's why our name is ROAD READY and we put it in writing and give you a copy of our list. (Scroll Down) There are not many other dealers that perform a procedure like we do. We service every vehicle from top to bottom, from all major safety items, right down to a mini bulb in the dash. Every vehicle comes with a spare and jack hardware (This might seem like a give me, but you would be surprised how many dealers don't bother. It would be a major expense). All fluids that are compromised are changed. Again, something we choose to do. We do not resurface rotors or drums. WE REPLACE THEM! You will not have any brake pulsation. I can't emphasize enough the detail we go through to ensure all our customers receive a Road Ready Used Car.Road Ready Used Cars Proudly serving the Milford, Waterbury ,Bridgeport & upper Fairfield county since 1989.
