They were amazing to work with. Both men (I forgot their names, sadly) were friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly, they didn't talk down to me. I appreciated that immensely! They told me the likely issue, fixed the problem, and were gone in about an hour. They even double and triple checked everything before they left. I am so thankful for their professionalism and swift handling of our issue. We will most definitely be using them in the future! (As a sidenote, they had no issue with my incredibly inquisitive 4 year old and were so sweet to him. They even talked monster trucks with him. He was so happy to be a part of "the guys.")

We had our hot water heater go out last night. Ricky Heath plumbing was here same day and was able to fix the entire problem within a few hours!! We had Chad as our plumber and he was very professional. He communicated all of our issues well and fixed the problem! I would definitely recommend this service.
