Rhino Shield of Missouri

Had a portion of my house coated with Rhino Shield. The product does have a rich, "thick" look and I fully expect it to hold up to the claims. I did have a problem with bubbling on the chimney due to water leaking in through the crown, no fault of the product. Darren was not hesitant to supply me with more material to take care of it after I had the leak fixed. Not only that, but the color matched perfectly with the existing coating. I was very impressed and appreciative that he went out of his way when he was not at fault. If you are considering Rhino Shield you should also take into account Darren will stand behind the product. I highly recommend.

Using Rhino shield was a very easy decision for our business. They took a building that had almost 35 year old paint on it and made it look brand new. Not only did Darren finish the paint work in a very timely manner but the ability to handle the degree of difficulty was what impressed me. They worked on a weekend when we had no customers cars on the lot. Cleaned up any mess through out the job, and his workers were polite and very friendly. Free Estimate which was a through inspection of entire exterior of our home. Project completed in timely manner and the crew cleaned up after completion. Much cheaper then siding and does not need to be powerwashed either.It has been over 3 years and our home still looks like it has been freshly painted. Thanks Rhino Shield.

Sometimes it's difficult to be forthright and not give offense. I'd rather deal with someone who will tell me the truth and not just take my money. Most companies will say anything to get an order. I think it is refreshing to hear someone say they don't think their product or service is the best fit for your needs. How often does that happen?

Team does an excellent job. Very focused on doing things right.. Did so well our neighbor whom observed the work.. hired them 6 months later to do their home..

Rhino Shield painted my house 10 years ago, and we could not be happier with the experience or the product. The crew was punctual, professional, and cleaned up daily. Great experience.

Had Darrin out to look at our home. 1st thing he asked was 'where is your husband?' I said I wasn't aware he needed to be here and he insisted that I would have been told that my husband needed to be present. Which was NEVER mentioned and even if it was it wouldn't have mattered. It doesnt take two of us to hire a painter. Seemed like a very sexist remark. Since when can't a woman make a decision on what painter she wants to hire? I am the decision maker in this matter.

We live in a desirable area of 1950's ranch homes that sell between $500-1million+ and he gave me the impression he had no idea what kind of home value he was looking at. He was suggesting replacing my copper gutters which is ludicrous.

He had no appreciation for the mid century era of the home or what we are trying to do.

I would not have him work on my property. He was rude, arrogant and offensive.
