Colorado Registered Agent made a critical error when filing my documents with the state. I am now liable for more filing and late fees despite already having paid Colorado Registered Agent to file on time.Report
Support responses take 48 hrs+, each interaction is with a different employee that seems to have started yesterday, and I have no confidence in their ability to follow through with anything.

This company apparently runs several companies out of this address. They are also listed as USA Seat Cover. They are a scam business and should be avoided. You would think with a name such as USA SEAT COVER the products were made in the USA but they are not. Buyer beware. Oh, and they charge a 30% fee if you cancel your order even though it hasn't even left the building.Report

Colorado Registered Agent "held my hand" and helped me create my first company! As a whole, it was a good experience and the staff were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. Whenever I called someone immediately picked up and was able to help me! Kourtney helped iron out some technical details and was very prompt, thorough, and cheerful in all her interactions. I worked with Ashton on the final step-- he stayed on the phone to look at my submissions in real time to make sure my paperwork would be submitted EXACTLY how I wanted it to be. This sort of excellent customer service is unusual these days, but is so important to have in a registered agent service. I highly recommend them.Report

The first ever company i heard that cannot refund a payment. They said they want to refund, but they cannot. Asking to send check only to us address. Why they cant refund original credit card transaction? Probably scamming.Report
