Driver was on time. Price was very fair. $163 from a Pioneer square to 82nd and Powell.

How can we better serve you in the future ?

Car broke down on highway. Called and the dispatch told me driver wouldn’t allow our small dog to ride in the cabin. Hung up and tried other places. Eventually came back to this place. Tow driver arrived and was nice enough to pity us and let our dog ride up front. Even gave us a discount. Guess it was cause we looked young and helpless. Would recommend.

Julio was an awesome tow driver, he let me take a pitstop to my house to get my other vehicleso I didn't have to taxi/uber my way home. He was friendly and courteous along the way and he knew what he was doing. I don't know about all the other bad reviews here, but if this guy's towing you, I recommend 'em.

I called looking to help someone I didn’t know whose car was broken down on the side of the road and needed a tow and spoke to a very rude staff person. These folks lost my business.

I am sorry about your experience with our after hours dispatch. We try to review all calls with them that are problems, this helps both of us do a better job. Thanks for your honest feed back, it helps us deliver what our customers expect.

The driver was there quickly, and still apologized for taking so long. He was awesome. Kind and professional. Really appreciated him. Price is low! Thanks, Jim.

Kelli Thank you for the kind words. We strive to be as accurate as possible on our services and times. I will let the driver know.

So I am driving along at 3 a.m. when I come across a older gentleman who has put his car in the ditch. I call Pro Tow Portland to see if they can help him out. The person on the other end of the line says that he will get a driver out there in 45 minutes.

I wait with the man and his car until after 4 a.m. and no tow truck. I call Pro Tow back. The person I spoke with before says he got another call that took priority and would now not be able to get out to help for another 2 hours.

I call BS on his story. When I called him back he seemed pretty groggy upon answering and likely just went back to bed. This was horrible customer service especially if you are advertising 24/7 service. It would have been great had he just informed me that he would not be able to get out there when I made the first call. If you don't want to do late night calls, just be a 9-5 tow service.

Thom. I am sorry about your experience with our after hours dispatch. We try to review all calls with them that are problems. This call should have been handled differently by our driver, i will discuss this with them, and all my drivers at our monthly meeting. I appreciate your honest feedback, this helps us do a better job and deliver what our customers are expecting.

Quick & friendly people. Glad there are people like this ready to help when needed.
