We’ve been trying to get our pod delivered for over a month now. We scheduled it to be delivered, but it didn’t come and no one contacted us about why. We call multiple times a week and sit on hold until eventually, it hangs up. We’ve submitted multiple requests for someone to call us, and no one has. It’s unprofessional, and irritating because we’ve now paid for an extra month simply because we can’t get ahold of anyone.Report

I was very pleased Pods! The only thing I would ask is a prorated price if you don't use it for the whole month. Also when I saw the advertisement it was for $288 it didn't include the drop off and pick up price in that advertisement. Not a lot of people read the fine print. I did learn a valuable lesson with thisReport

I don't usually get to say this about companies, but PODS knocked it our of the park on our move from California to Tennessee. From booking the PODS for storage while we staged our home in California, to get assistance with loading our POD when ready to move, to pick up, delivery and unloading.... all jobs were done beyond my highest expectations. I HIGHLY recommend PODs for your moving needs.Report

My husband and I used PODS to move from WI to TN. We loaded it ourselves and unloaded it ourselves. It was extremely easy to pack and unpack since the entrance of the POD is on the ground level. All of our items got to our new location without any damage. We were also very happy with the cost. Will definitely be using PODS in the future! (hopefully not for a while) :)Report
