Pier 105 Marina

Tim and crew are the best people I have dealt with, we’re happy to be part of the 105 family. Best boat purchase and so easy. No pressure and didn’t oversell, suggested a few things for resale purposes and the boat turned out to be awesome and then some! They took time, made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Had two walkthroughs to make sure we are good with operating. I feel confident in the Marina backing up anything compared to the previous dealerships we have had horrible experiences with. Gave the best value for my trade in hands down. They catered everything to me. It was like family looking out for you during a purchase. Couldn’t be happier, highly suggest buying a boat from them. We did a custom order and not only does the dealership back up, but so does Starcraft. Don’t hesitate, just meet with Tim and crew and you will understand what a great place this is. We requested our boat to be brought out so we could inspect. It was out waiting for us when we arrived. When we were done they promptly took it back to storage.

Could not be happier. We were in the market for a brand new boat. We are from Louisville Kentucky. As opposed to sticking with local dealers with limited selection, we decided to expand our search Nationwide utilizing boat trader. We were fortunate enough to come across an ad for a boat we really liked that was being sold by Pier 105. We had some relatively unreasonable requests during the sale. We approached them on a Tuesday and were hopeful to not only complete the purchase of our brand new tritoon boat, but also wanted to have it delivered no later than that weekend so that we can put it on the lake and enjoy the last few days we could of boating season. We worked with Tim, the manager he was unbelievably helpful. Thanks to his assistance and dedicated attention, we were not only able to complete the finance portion of the purchase but he also provided us with an individual walkthrough and walk around of the boat via pictures email and phone calls. In addition he was able to procure us a shipper that was willing to move the boat immediately all the way from Montgomery Texas to Louisville Kentucky. Thanks to Tim we started the process on a Tuesday and we were enjoying an absolutely gorgeous and performant tritoon boat Saturday afternoon nearly a thousand miles away. I have followed up with him several times since the purchase with questions just to make sure I was doing things right and truly understood the boat, he has answered every call, text and email very quickly. I can tell you right now we will likely be returning to them the next time we decide to purchase another new boat. Great job Tim keep up the excellent work!

My first experience took me 5 phone calls and 3 days to get someone to call me back. Second experience was worse. I called on Saturday to check availability of a part. Was told they have plenty. I asked if I could pick the part up on Sunday. They said yes. I drove 45 min one way to get the part and was told I have to come back Tuesday because nobody was there to help me. So 1 1/2 hours wasted and had to cancel my plans. Won’t be back.

What an awesome find! Decided on a whim to hit the lake this Sunday, got down there and went to two places booked up, looked like are kids were going to be disappointed. Pier 105 was suggested by the first place we stopped and I am so happy they did! Not only did they have a boat open, but the customer service was out of this world! Definitely made the twins first time on the lake one they will never forget and the tube we rented just put the whole experience over the top. Spotless boat, organized, and incredible service, we will DEFINITELY be returning and passing the word on :)! Thank you guys!
