Parc at Pooler Apartments

Old Management got the five star. NEW management has a new review Our move in experience was great! Probably the smoothest move in I've ever had. The apartment was in perfect condition and we could not have been happier.
The front office staff is always fantastic to work with and have been friendly every time we have spoken with them! Our maintenance requests are answered almost instantly and always with the nicest maintenance staff!
The community is very friendly and seems to be filled with a mix between lovely families and young singles. We feel right at home and safe. We've only met a few neighbors so far but everyone we have met has been very friendly.
This apartment complex is a fantastic luxury experience and I will definitely suggest this complex to anyone looking! We are so excited we made the move to Parc!

Overall my experience is very pleasant. The customer service is great. My only concern is not having a sound barrier for the patios facing the interstate. I would not have accept that unit if I knew otherwise. I would consider fixing that issue to keep from detering potential customers or their longevity at Parc at Pooler.

If you are looking for a great community to live in the Pooler Savannah area, look no further! Parc at Pooler is a brand new community with nice upgrades and plenty of amenities including a state of the art pool and a fitness center.
Brittany The leasing consultant is absolutely amazing! Go ahead and check them out you will not be disappointed
