Palm Beach Meats

I've been ordering a 2.5 lb closely trimmed chateaubriand lately. Pricey but it's the absolute best beef you have ever eaten. Seared well and in oven till 125 on the thermometer. Sits for 15 minutes….cut with a fork. This place has the highest quality beef and pork in Palm Beach. Really no contest.

Husband and wife team….I enjoy shopping there. I drive from Delray it's that good.

My favorite place in West Palm!! Palm Beach Meats is by far the best gourmet meat market in the area. They also have the best pop up lunches every Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend going to one if you haven't been already!

Highly Recommend! The best cuts of beef I've ever seen. I've only purchased 2 different wagyu NY strip steaks from THEM. Both were unbelievably good. They are clearly very picky with the beef that they sell.

The service is also exceptional. The woman explained how to cook it vs a regular (far less marbled) strip steak. She even told me that I could message them on IG with any questions while cooking the steak (after they close) and the owner would respond within a minute. That's certainly going above and beyond.

It's not cheap, but the price is excellent for the quality. Other places charge more with lower quality (but still good) product.

If you're contemplating going here, stop. Just get in your car and get over there ASAP, you will not regret it. Ample parking (bonus) and an amazingly pristine butcher shop, cheese stop, fantastic cuts of prime meat, the word gourmet written all over this place. The most amazing cuts up Wagyu, lamb, pork chops, sausage, tomahawk if you're lucky…. I mean I could literally go on and on. Novel wines and non-alcoholic beverages that you'll not see any place else. The entire staff gives you a warm family feeling, Eric, Megan, chef Emerson… thank you guys so much! My husband had the pork tacos and we shared (my weakness) steak and cheese poutine done right! Holy smokes. Eat your meat there, and then get some steaks to go. You can thank me later. Best wagyu in town probably the only one

The premier spot for high end provisions in Palm Beach County. Real deal Wagyu from America, Australia and of course Japan. But that's just the tip of the gourmet iceberg...you want the best fromage around, covered. How about small batch artisan chocolate and cookies...done. And on and on...do yourself a favor and just visit. Oh ..and if you happen to catch a pop up lunch or chef driven dinner...you can thank me later.
