Working with OAP to achieve my fitness goals and an overall healthier lifestyle has been amazing. ALL the trainers are very knowledgeable and certified with extensive education. Each workout is well thought out and not only designed for strength but ensures safety to avoid injury. Thank you OAP and keep up the great work!

Ohio Athletic Performance has the most knowledgeable and skilled trainers. Their workouts are thoughtfully designed to increase strength and endurance and focus on training the whole body. The atmosphere and the people there are awesome, I love it and would recommend to anyone who is working on improving their health and fitness!

I recently joined the Women's Group here and it's amazing! It's set times for women only, and honestly it takes away so much gym anxiety and it's super reasonably priced. As someone who hates to workout, this is an awesome environment to work out in and I couldn't recommend it more!

Not only do these guys know what they are doing in the fitness world, but they are also extremely flexible and accommodating to make a plan that both works and fits your life style.
