Oak Street Health Branch Ave

Only giving the Covid booster shots to patients of there own . OSH is not my primary care provider but I did receive my Covid vaccine from them . They are refusing to give me a booster shot . Oh well….. will not be switching ……. Glad they showed me this shoddy business practice !!!! Good luck and you wonder why your company stock has plummeted .

Well since there is no way to reach corporate office,here I am. I'm a patient of Dr. Hardy they are all super nice, and love my new dr. And anyone I associate with. However getting referrals is an issue some of the dr.s have had to call 5/6 times to get the referral. And then they send one for a Dr. Who is no longer in RI, which I've told them several times but continued to send same referral. Or I will get multiple referrals to same address but they all of different dr.s listed. Also I hate when no one calls me back. If you would like to discuss then please leave a number for me to call. Thank you.

Very nice and clean place good service and great people.

Just a short wait until I was taken in for the pre visit vitals check. Shortly afterwards Dr. Hardy came in to go over how I was doing since our last visit and asked if I had any issues to discuss. Reviewed prior lab results and things to consider going forward. Dr. Hardy knows my medical history and discusses options that I should weigh to discuss for our next visit. Always great to see him. Helps me to make smart choices regarding my health.

I'm used to Broad st one but this place is great too. I love going to Oak Street Health. They take good care of me.

Greeted by Sandra who is always pleasant. Did not wait long for the MA to come to get me. Dr. Hardy was wonderful as usual and spent a good amount of time with me answering questions. I always feel that he genuinely cares about me and my health. He is the absolute best doctor I have had in a long time. I have recommended him to my friends.

Everyone was just wonderful. They made you feel very comfortable. I am so glad I went there.
My new Doctor is great. Very informative. Took his time. The ladies are wonderful too.
I give Oak Street Health ***** stars. I love my blood Lady, Also the Office Lady. I just can't say enough, a great place.
