I was planning on going, I told them to call me after the Holidays, No they wants to call when they get ready and sometimes from a scam number, I give up, I won't waste they time, and please don't waste mine

Terrible company with dishonest staff who don't care about patients. You are better off finding a random stranger in the pharmacy for your medical needs.

This is the worst place ever they let you wait 2 hours after they came and they told us we don't accept your insurance just like that

Bad service its ridiculous I made an appointment for my sick child and they called me the day before the appointment right before they closed to cancel the appointment and make my son wait a month for a new appointment and the receptionist was rude about it "it's not my problem"

Very friendly and helped the best they could, only bad part is waiting for them to send ur Prescriptions to the pharmacy...

Medicare only, located at south Arlington Walmart, they can pick you up and take you home again in their van! Good place to go to the Doctor!

It is obvious that they are just getting patients in and out I called them for over a week for labs never was able to get them they said they sent the request I have been checking my quest account for a week now and there's nothing that has shown I specifically told the nurse practitioner and the front office staff that I needed my labs as soon as possible however no one is concerned I emailed the front office personnel they are no help the nurse practitioner was aggressive- so I assume she cared but she really did not because she really wanted to brush my labs off and get the more expensive check ups completed. You can't even call straight to the office you have to call the customer service center for any concerns or questions that you have this is ridiculous and I do not recommend!!

Don't go there. This place promises right from the first visit and never delivers. I went to them to get my medications since I have moved here from Georgia. They (nurse practitioner since there are no doctors there) promised me it would not be a problem on the first visit. I have many health issues. They will not do anything until you see them 3 times and still they refused to prescribe my medications. They did not prescribe my antidepressants ( which I finally got on the right combination from my GP in Georgia) or my medication for sleep because I have PTSD nightmares.
There isn't a doctor there and the nurse practitioner can do what she wants. I was told I was on too many medications and she just stopped the medications I rely on (antidepressants, sleep med). You can't just stop the antidepressants I was on due to horrible side effects). She didn't even care. I also initially went there for tremors in my hand and body and needed referral to a neurologist but it took 3 visits and 3 weeks after that to get referral, which is months away!

Just don't go there expecting to see a doctor or get your medical needs met ( maybe if you have a cold they could help). I feel this is a Medicare scam.

the personnel is really very kind and also very helpful. I also want to take this time to really give a thumbs up to my new Pcp Dr. LaVea Landrum. she is very very knowledgeable and up to par. Dr. "LaVea" is a God sent and an
expert in her field which I found to be very broad in range.
