The absolute best walk-in experience I have ever had! The nurse was amazing and kept my son entertained. Definitely highly recommend!!

Very pleasant experience. Provider explained in great detail what was going on and what the medicines were going to do and the time frame for expected results. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to!
I visited last Saturday because I had been having very bad nose bleeds due to coming back from a trip where it was very humid to the dry Great Falls air I had a sinus infection a few weeks prior which was cleared up and I relayed all of the info to the nurse when she took my vitals. When the Dr (if you can call him that) came in he did not say hi, give us his name or anything other than "how long have you been showing symptoms " symptoms of what I replied. Well you have COVID symptoms is what I was told in the rudest tone I've ever been spoken to at any professional level. I then told him I was there simply to see if they could cauterize or something to help stop the nosebleeds and said maybe I should've gone somewhere else which I should have! Then my nose started bleeding and he did nothing but stand there and watch it run into the sink and said wow I've never seen anyone bleed that much ?????
He then left the room came back with something he didn't know how to work and tried to stuff it up my nose which didn't work. I'm not sure if he went to medical school or where he learned his bedside manner or lack there of but I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
I ended up getting in my truck and drove to the clinic ER who were fantastic and had me fixed up in about an hour.
In short Nova was very unprofessional and pretty much useless.
