I was excited when I pulled up for the valet parking. I could tell immediately that there was a change in valet parking. “Chase” was the attendant that helped me when I pulled up. He was very courteous as I asked him about the difference I noticed in the new system. I paid $20 cash, Chase said they didn’t have change at that time (8:15 a.m.), I said, that’s fine…just keep the change. Upon leaving my doctors appointment, I remembered to use the text that was sent to me…my car wasn’t ready when I came down. I had to wait about 10 minutes. All of the attendees were courteous. The lady that came behind me had not received her text and they didn’t have her name, but they were as courteous to her as they were with me and explained that sometimes things happen. Overall, I was happy with the new system. The attendants did seem more courteous, so if management is encouraging attendants to be kind and courteous, please keep that up because just being kind goes a long way!Report
