Held a real estate license since 1976. Held a Colorado real estate broker's license since 1979. Have sold over 600 properties in the Denver Metro area including residential, investment, commercial and industrial properties. Achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist and the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designations during the mid 80's. Also achieved the ePro designation. Achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. Was a Board of Director member for the Aurora Association of REALTORS, was Treasurer for that organization and oversaw the construction and financing for the building that this organization still occupies today. Hobbies include skiing, tennis, hiking, motorcycling and bicycling. Hold a commercial, instrument, multi-engine aircraft pilot's license. Have won a national championship in ski racing.
