I bought our first home with Metropolitan Mortgage and was very happy with how everything went. They were very easy to work with, we're able to do everything online, and most importantly the loan closed on time (actually, we were able to move the closing date to an earlier date).

Amazing Job! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional in the Overland Park office. They covered all the loans we were eligible for and after careful consideration decided on an FHA loan. I appreciate how clearly it was outlined and detailed to us. We would work with them again.

I have used Metropolitan Mortgage now 3 different times and they are, in my opinion, the best out there. Rick Woodruff is the absolute best!!! He is the reason I keep going back!!! In a very stressful situation, he listens, is extremely patient and reassuring. He knows the market and gives you honest answers without being crass. We purchased our home with him, refinanced with him, and then went through the process of getting a home equity loan for some major repairs/upgrades. He feels like a friend and truly has your best interest in mind. I am so grateful for him and everything he's done for my family! You will NOT be disappointed!!!! Thank you so much, Rick!!! Best service from Metropolitan Mortgage Corporation. Went out of their way to explain the process to buying a new home. Communicated from the beginning all the way to the close of the house. Amazing team really took the time to answer all my nervous questions. I tried a different mortgage company at first and was turned down, than I thought why not try again. I did and now I'm in a brand new home. Thank you, Metropolitan Mortgage, for making my dreams come true and for helping me understand every step.

Applied for a mortgage refinance with two online companies and two local mortgage lenders. Metropolitan Mortgage Corporation was the most responsive and had the best mortgage rates. I ended up choosing them and am quite satisfied, even closed a week earlier than anticipated.
