Spoke with the "gentleman". I was referred to speak with them for some legal advice and after telling me a deadline that I could google to find out, he considered that free legal advice and made sure to include a comment about not being paid for this "service". Then laughs at me when I mentioned Im writing my own quitclaim deed. Saying "well, we need money to run a business". I needed ten minutes. So go Chase the money right into your legal grave. Sometimes decency and helping your fellow man can get you alot further. Mocking him and being passive aggressive gets you this review.Report
